Every session we start with a guided meditation.

There is a question or theme. We go round and share, talking stick-style, with no advice giving or interruptions, just deep listening.

Everyone is a teacher and everyone is a student. We speak our truth and are supported. We listen and learn from the wisdom of the amazing ladies present.

We close with an Osho tarot card, which always have a way of pulling together insights from the evening.
